- Our office is in our factory, so we can follow up the production permanently in order to avoid mistakes and loss of time.
- When the production is finished and verified a first time by our workers, our Quality Control Team inspects each article one-by-one to ensure a perfect finish, similar to the approved sample previously presented to our customers. This operation is directly realized at our premises in order to immediately repair or reproduce the unsatisfactory articles.

Small quantities

- Often, big factories don’t accept to produce small quantity but at Olala-Vietnam, we want to respond to all your needs,
- In brief, at Olala-Vietnam, there are no big or small customers. Every order is welcome and handled with the same professionalism. However, it is obvious that the production of one piece will be much higher as the technical and initial production’s costs (design, research of material, communication, etc) are the same however the quantity is.

- You don’t have any problems of communication caused by language misunderstanding, as we reply to you in your preferred language: French, English, Vietnamese.
- Except during the week-end, we always try to reply to your request within 24 hours because we know the importance to answer quickly to your customers.
- For special requests, we reply and send our quotation on the latest after 7 days.
- If you wish, we can regularly inform you about the progress of the production.
- Few emails allow you to receive your samples or your final products, with the advantage to gain a precious time.

Free Production of your first sample
…The art to avoid bad surprises
- At any of your request, we can produce a personalised sample.
- As we are totally confident about our services, for your first order that will not cost more than 50USD, we are very pleased to produce free of charge this sample and send you some pictures.
- If you want to receive the real sample to avoid some bad surprise and ensure that you will receive the products you really expect to get, we will ask you to pay for the transportation.
- So by only spending a minimum of time you will be able to check the quality of our services and our products. We believe that you will naturally be convinced to choose and work with us.

Quick production and delivery & Respect of deadline
… 2% discount per day of delay (production)
- Samples: our factory enables us to produce sample between 5 and 10 days, depending on your request. 5 to 10 days will be added for the express shipment at your place.
- Production: in general, 4 to 8 weeks are needed for production, but it will depend on the products ordered, the quantity but also the period that you place your order. But as we work also with other factories, we can satisfy our customers even in urgency. At each order, we inform you about the production time needed to complete your request.
- Delay: We guarantee our delivery deadline (FOB Ho Chi Minh City). In case of unexpected problems, we compensate with a 2% discount for every day of delay (1 day -2%, 10 days -20%, etc).
- Transportation: In general, our prices are FOB Ho Chi Minh City. The forwarder can be selected by our customer who will pay for these transportation costs. However, since we have a good experience with professional forwarder, we can organise the transportation for you.
It is obvious that we don’t take commission for this service.

Respect of workers and Support of Communities
… Concerned about individuals
… 2% towards community projects- In 1996, the co-manager of Olala-Vietnam co-funded with a Belgian friend the NGO Education for Development that works in South Vietnam to support disadvantaged children. He worked for this organisation for almost 8 years. So it is obvious to say that we ensure that children are never exploited.
- For this reason, we will donate 2% of each payment to community projects
- However, contrary to our competitors, we don’t have any social regulations and Code of Ethics, that are sometimes written from cosy offices in Europe but unfortunately verified only few times per year.
- We always strive to listen everyday to our workers and we understand their needs as well as their working conditions.
- You will also understand that with the price that we offer, the salaries can not be very high. They simply allow workers to earn one’s living.
- To decide to sell our products more expensive would simply not enable us to exist in this context of globalisation and the extreme competition.
- So we are not able and not willing to produce for customers with the prices that don’t let our workers to SURVIVE.
